Business Agility Leadership Training Course

This two-day course provides the knowledge necessary to start leading a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. Participants will learn how to cultivate agility within their organizations, enabling them to adapt, innovate, and seize opportunities amidst uncertainty. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants will gain a deep understanding of the principles and practices of business agility and develop the capabilities needed to lead and drive agile transformations.

Successful completion is a prerequisite for participants to apply for the SAFe Agilist certification.
